We use what you send us for one purpose: to read your message and reply to you. When you submit the form, your message is emailed to us, and a confirmation copy is emailed to the address you provided.

This site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront). Contact-form messages are processed by AWS Lambda and delivered using Amazon Simple Email Service. Our email is delivered to a Google (Gmail) mailbox, so messages you send us are stored there. We do not load any third-party scripts on this site.

6. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not share your information except in these limited situations: (a) with the service providers named above who process it on our behalf; (b) if required to respond to legal process or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others; or (c) with your consent.

7. How Long We Keep It

Your message stays in our email for as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and for our ordinary business records. Technical server logs age out on our hosting provider's standard retention schedules.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and your form submission is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@utmostsolutionsllc.com. Since the only thing we typically hold is an email you sent us, we can usually honor that quickly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; contact us and we will honor them.

10. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
